Samantha is a dedicated and compassionate attorney with expertise in both civil and family law. She has successfully represented clients in a wide range of legal matters, from complex civil disputes to sensitive family matters. She has litigated cases in both state and federal courts, handling matters such as:

Civil disputes, including contract disputes, property disputes, and wage claim disputes.
Family law matters, such as divorce, custody, guardianship/Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, and child support cases.
Mediation and alternative dispute resolution, helping clients find amicable solutions to their legal issues.

Samantha earned her Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law. During law school, she demonstrated an aptitude in criminal defense work, and acted as a student attorney in her school's Criminal Justice Clinic where she did compassionate release work for incarcerated individuals. Prior to moving to the DMV area, she grew up in Central Florida.
