Attorney R. Julio Aleman Secures Dismissal of One Count as Trial Is Rescheduled

Attorney R. Separate from the assault case, court records reflect that Motz remains on private home detention while a probation violation issue proceeds on a separate track, with a hearing scheduled for March 27. The reporting also notes that Motz has made allegations against the complainant involving suspected theft from his business account, although prosecutors have declined to pursue those charges at this time.
